All OUR Procedures:
1. Buyer issue LOI
2. Seller issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
3. Buyer Sign/Send the FCO along with Buyer's ICPO/BCL with their bank endorsement.
4. Seller Sign the copy of ICPO and return to Buyer along with the contract.
5. Buyer then SIGN/SEAL the contract and return 6 (six) original sets to the Seller.
6. Seller then SIGN/SEAL the contract and return 3 (three) sets to the Buyer along with Pro Forma Invoice for the total contract value.
7. Buyer's Bank send POF (PROOF OF FUND) via MT 760 to the Seller's Bank.
8. After sucessful verification/authentication of the POF then Seller provide the shipping schedule and POP (Proof Of Product) with Vessel eta and 2% PB guarantee.
9. Buyer then open the fuly operative RDLC and received the cargo in the destination port, then Buyer's team will perform the official inspections by globaly accepted
independent surveyors and then the Buyer's Bank will make the payment order as unconditional clean payment and
