If the client has such a statement in writing (a conditional loan commitment letter), we are able to get the client the required collateral. The client needs to get a loan commitment letter of an investor (whether private or financial institute, like banks). Such a letter should confirm that the investor is willing and able to give a loan provided that the client can issue a acceptable bank instrument from a top bank (this could be a BG, MTN or the like).
