PROCEDURES JP54 BBLS:
(1) Buyer sends ICPO to Seller
(2) Seller sends a Full Corporate Offer to buyers as well as a RWA format for Buyer’s bank to SWIFT to Seller’s bank via MT799. Buyer returns a signed FCO to Seller and SWIFT RWA to Seller’s Bank via MT799.
(3) The seller upon the receipt and confirmation of the (MT799) of the RWA from the Buyer’s banker. Seller sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agree.
