We buyer mandate looking for BLCO on TTT basis for 2 million bbls following procedures ITS A MUST:

1.After signed SPA seller should place operatif directly 2% performance bond from prime bank to buyer's bank.
2. The buyer Upon receipt operatif 2% performance bond, kindly open DLC within 3 days maximun for the whole quantities crude oil.
3. Next as standard procedures.
