The treatment process of tempered glass is as when heating glass close to molten point, to carry out even and rapid cooling treatment on the surface of glass, this enhancing the strength and thermal stability. The glass will break into cellular pieces when the external force exceeds its strength. It is hence a highly safety glass. Characteristics: The anti-strength of tempered glass of same thickness is 3-5 fold of that common glass, anti-bending strength 2-5 fold that of common glass. When the glass is broken by external force, the glass will break into small and obtuse shape pleces, resulting in reduced harm to human body. The glass is even resistant to rapid temperature, thermal resistant and antishock than common glass. Purposes: The glass is fit for use in buiding structures that will bear strong wind or hydraulic pressure, or in places where human body bump is possible.
