Do you have a bank instrument (SBLC/BG/CD) that is OWNED or ASSIGNED (NOT leased) from bank that is not in the top 100 world?
We can monetize the instrument as long as it can be sent to our lender through Swift MT760. If this is not possible, then we cannot fund!
There are NO UPFRONT fees to pay. You only have to submit docs to get terms within 24-48hours. Funding typically takes an average of 7 banking days after proper docs are submitted. If you don't like our terms, then you walk away without paying anything!
LTV will depend on the assets of the bank and it's rating. Recourse and non-recourse loan options are available. Our source has funded amounts between $10M-$500M.
Please note the following:
* We cannot give terms (LTV, rate, etc) before verifying the instrument, which
requires you to submit proper docs first. We will provide you with these docs.
* We do not work with broker chains, you must either be the owner the instrument,
it was assigned to you or you are the rep/mandate of the owner/assignees
