- qty 120,000mts (2 shipments) x 12 months
- cnf xiamen china (fob not acceptable)
- coa (such as sgs reports) must be provided
- irrevocable, transferable l/c at sight. No revolving l/c
- loi issued with bank softprobe
(hints: such low vm cannot be found in indonesia coal. This spec normally can be fulfilled with coal from australia, china, vietnam. I have an indonesian miner trying to achieve this specification by blending process, but failed ! This buyer’s mandate is directly dealing with me and he is the one issuing the l/c)
