Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) is a fuel
produced by shredding and dehydrating
solid waste, referred to as (MSW) with a
Waste converter technology.
RDF consists largely of combustible
components of municipal waste such as
plastics and biodegradable waste.
SRF/RDF (in terms of quality and calorific
value) is used in:
1. Rotary cement kilns
2. Industrial furnaces
3. For heating or power plants that use
coal
4. Steel industry furnaces/Kilns
5. Cement Industry furnaces/Kilns
6. Tar-Mac Industry kilns
We can supply up to 15 Million Metric
Tonnes Per Year of RDF
The market for generating
energy/electricity is fossil fuels, dominantly
coal. Many are now combining RDF with
coal so as to give higher energy output and
meet better CO2 standards.
