Volautomatische 2-25 liter BiB Vulmachine | Bag-in-Box Vuller

De volautomatische Bag-in-Box vulmachine is speciaal voor het vullen van met spuit bereide zakken met een breed scala aan vloeistoffen zoals drinkwater, post-mix siroopcokes, eetbare olie en drank. Het beschikt over volautomatische door gebruik te maken van PLC en touch screen controlesysteem. Het hele proces van continue toevoer van zakken, decapping, vacuümtrekken (optioneel), stikstofinjectie (optioneel), vullen, afdekken, uit elkaar snijden van continue zakken en doorvoer naar de transportband kan automatisch worden voltooid, geen menselijke bewerking vereist.

Deze vulmachine kan diverse kranen bedekken, waaronder die van Vitop en Scholle's. Het is ontworpen met CIP-functie (Clean in Place) en pijpleidingaansluiting. Roestvrijstalen behuizing van klasse 304 en onderdelen van roestvrij staal die in contact komen met vloeistof van 316L.

Kenmerken:
1. Volautomatische zakvoeding van het WEB-type.
2. Gemakkelijk te gebruiken. Het touchscreen-besturingssysteem maakt de bediening eenvoudig.
3. Een gebruikte elektromagnetische debietmeter verbetert de vulnauwkeurigheid en bereikt echt de kwantitatieve vulling.
4. Een toegepast luchtfilter brengt schone lucht naar de vulruimte.
5. Roestvrijstalen behuizing van klasse 304 en onderdelen van roestvrij staal 316L die in contact komen met vloeistof.
6. Het vullen van een zak met een andere capaciteit is alleen acceptabel door de instelling te wijzigen.

Perslucht: 6-8bar, 500 NL/min

Procedures:
1. Voer zakken automatisch in.
2. Decap, vul, sluit en snijd.
3. Gevulde zakken automatisch verlaten.
